Introduction
This page explains the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Data Use Policy, and Governing Law for all sourdough classes, workshops, and events operated by Wild Bluebell Homestead and accessed through SourdoughWorkshops.com.
We created this page so everything is clear, simple, and easy to understand. We want every participant to know exactly how workshops work, what to expect, and what they are agreeing to before attending.
This applies to everyone, whether you are attending on your own, with a group, or through a venue or organization.
When you make a payment for a workshop, class, or event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms on this page. These terms become legally binding at the time of payment.
These terms are presented during booking, included in invoices and customer emails, and are provided again here so you can review them at any time.
Wild Bluebell Homestead is the business responsible for all workshops. SourdoughWorkshops.com is a platform that helps people find, book, and communicate about these workshops.
Workshop Booking, Payments, and Refund Policy
Workshop spaces are limited and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
Full payment is required to secure your spot.
All payments are final and non-refundable. This is because workshops are small, planned in advance, and prepared specifically for each group.
When you make a payment, you agree to these terms.
Attendance, Transfers, and Rescheduling Policy
If you cannot attend due to illness, you must let us know before the workshop begins. When possible, we may offer a transfer to a future workshop date. This depends on availability.
If you cannot attend for another reason, you must give at least 7 days’ notice to request a transfer.
Transfers are not guaranteed and depend on space in future workshops.
In the case of a genuine emergency, we may make exceptions at our discretion.
All transfers must be used within a reasonable timeframe and do not guarantee a specific date, time, or location.
Refunds are not provided instead of transfers.
Workshop Scope, Learning Experience, and Post-Workshop Support
Workshops are hands-on learning experiences. You will learn traditional and modern sourdough baking methods.
Participants receive instruction, guidance, and materials to help continue baking at home.
Workshops are educational in nature. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from participation.
After the workshop, support is available for up to 7 days. During this time, you may ask questions related to what you learned.
After 7 days, support is no longer included.
Additional help, coaching, or one-on-one support may be available as a separate paid service.
Food Safety, Allergies, and Dietary Considerations
Workshops use wheat flour and contain gluten.
Flour is present in the air and environment. Cross-contamination cannot be avoided.
We do not offer gluten-free workshops.
If you have a gluten sensitivity, you attend at your own discretion.
We do not recommend these workshops for individuals with celiac disease.
By attending, you accept these conditions.
Wild Bluebell Homestead is not responsible for allergic reactions or health issues related to workshop participation.
Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability
Workshops involve some level of risk. This includes working with ovens, hot surfaces, tools, shared spaces, and food ingredients.
By attending, you agree that you are participating at your own risk.
You are responsible for your own safety and well-being.
